Where we ship, how long it takes, and how returns work.
Shipping
Every US order ships flat rate for $9.95 by USPS Priority and arrives in 2 to 3 business days.
You get a tracking number by email.
Returns
30 days from delivery, any reason. Pack the item in its original carton, email [email protected] with your order number, and we will send a return label or book a freight pickup. Refunds go back to the account the transfer came from within 5 business days of the item reaching us.
If something arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days with photos and we will replace it.
